Meet Tabitha
A Realtor since 2015 and Associate Broker since 2022, Tabitha Cox is a seasoned agent who understands the profound complexity real estate transitions can have on a family. Her extensive personal journey, which includes moving more than 9 times, flipping three houses, and navigating construction projects, provides deep, firsthand insight into the emotions and stress involved in the process.
Leveraging this firsthand experience and professional expertise, she is a consultant and guide committed to illuminating the path and cushioning obstacles for her clients. Her expertise extends to investment property, as she owns and actively manages rentals. She is experienced in working with real estate investors, helping them analyze opportunities and maximize returns.
Tabitha married her summer camp sweetheart more than 25 years ago and has two young adult children. Having grown up south of Lansing, her family moved to the White Lake area in 2019 and quickly fell in love. While dedicated to helping people find their perfect home along the beautiful Lake Michigan shoreline, her roots ensure she continues to actively assist clients across the region, from the coast to the Greater Lansing area.
